Phillip Morris (PMI), one of the largest global ServiceNow customers, have implemented the Metricus solutions to meet all of their ServiceNow reporting, dashboard, analytics and performance measurement requirements.  Metricus was chosen over Performance Analytics and other ServiceNow reporting solutions due to the completeness in the vision of Metricus Solutions, coupled with the enablement of the #1 Enterprise BI environment – Microsoft.

Data is in incrementally extracted in near real-time to optimised data structures within the Metricus IT Performance Datamart.  Over 500 PMI employees around the world use a variety of BI tools including Tableau, PowerBI and SQL Server Reporting services to provision the data required for both internal and external reporting and measurement.
