When to choose Direct Install

Use Direct Install when Metricus-managed billing or partner delivery is the better fit.

Direct Install is designed for cases where the buyer, consultant or partner wants flexible billing and delivery outside the standard ServiceNow Store subscription path.

Assessment-led delivery

Use assessment credits when a consultant or partner wants to run a defined process assessment without starting a full customer subscription.

Customer subscription

Use a customer subscription when the customer wants ongoing Process Advisor access managed through the Metricus Billing Portal.

Partner subscription

Use a partner subscription when a partner wants to deliver Process Advisor assessments across multiple clients or package it into a recurring offer.

Installation flow

  1. Download the approved update set XML: Download update set XML.
  2. Import the update set XML into the customer ServiceNow instance.
  3. Preview the update set and resolve any conflicts before committing.
  4. Create a Process Model. Help and Support is available at Metricus Help and Support.
