Two separate billing, pricing and usage models
Process Advisor can now be packaged in two different ways: the standard Marketplace app for direct customer subscriptions, and a separate Partner Usage Version for partner-led assessments and managed client access.
Marketplace model
Customers install the standard Process Advisor for Jira app from Atlassian Marketplace. Pricing, billing, renewals and licence status are managed through Atlassian.

Partner Usage model
Partners use a separate Partner Usage Version of Process Advisor. Pricing and access are managed through the Metricus Billing Portal.
- 1Metricus or the partner creates the right entitlement in the Billing Portal.
- 2The customer or client instance is registered in Process Advisor using portal keys.
- 3The app validates the entitlement and unlocks the correct level of access.
For one-off assessments. A credit unlocks a selected dataset for full analysis and AI-assisted recommendations.
For an individual customer instance. Once registered, the instance has ongoing access without using assessment credits.
For partners managing multiple customer deployments. Each customer instance uses an allocated partner client slot.
Billing Portal screenshots
The Billing Portal at billing.metricus.com supports the Partner Usage Version with account access, pricing, checkout and entitlement management.
The landing page introduces the portal and the main entitlement types: assessment credits, customer instance subscriptions and partner subscriptions.
The pricing screen shows one-off assessment credit packs and annual subscription options, including single-instance and partner deployment models.
